The Lavender Fields farm and shops will be open for the 2008 season on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 – 5 beginning on May 3 through June 29th. Come visit any of these weekends to see the lavender in bloom, purchase plants of many varieties and shop for your favorite lavender products.  We’re expecting a gorgeous season this year due to the lovely rainy winter, so don’t miss out.  Our season is short since the flowers are usually harvested for drying or essential oil by the first week in July, so again, don’t miss out.

To book a group tour of 20 or more, please contact us.  These tours are only offered with advanced reservations.  The cost is $6.00 per person and lasts about 1 ½ hours.  For more information, email info@thelavenderfields.com.

At 10:30 each weekend morning during our May/June season we offer a ‘Walk & Talk’ tour at no charge.  We’ll meet on the porch of the main gift shop.  We’re happy to answer your lavender questions and discuss the various home gardening issues you may have with your lavender.

Please join our email list for announcements of special events we’re planning for the 2008 season.  We’ll keep you up to date just as soon as the dates are finalized.

Lavender blooms throughout April, May, June and July. Not all varieties bloom at the same time. Our seasonal hours have been set based on a typical bloom season. The number of flowers and amount of varietals in bloom is always dependent on the weather and is unique each year. Enjoy strolling through the various fields reading the numerous signs describing the different lavenders. Listen to the constant hum of The Lavender Fields bees busily collecting nectar for our delicious lavender honey. It’s usually quite warm so a hat and sunscreen are highly recommended.
