HONEY

recipe is adapted from a recipe
that appeared in the North County

LAVENDER FIELDS®” )
8oz
. Honey
4
tablespoons dried lavender florets
Heat
honey & lavender
several hours on low in a small
crock pot until honey fully
heated & fragrant
of lavender. Remove from heat & allow
to partially cool. Strain out
the lavender & put
into a honey jar. Note: each
lavender variety will release
different amounts of oil & produce
more or less flavor.
