Group Tours

Guided tours are available during May and June.

Groups of 20 or more may book a private docent guided tour of The Lavender Fields®.  The cost is $6.00 per person, with a minimum of $120.00.  Guided tours are available Mondays through Fridays with advance reservations required. 

All tours are payable in advance.  Free admission for bus driver and group leader.  Tour length is 30-45 minutes.  Expect your total visit to take approximately one and a half hours. 

Tour Includes

• Short history of The Lavender Fields®
• Discussion of planting process and growing cycle.
• Walking tour with description of the varieties of lavender grown.
• Visit our essential oil distillery - explanation of the process.
• Visit our Wool-Shed-in-the-Fields where we feature the yarns and wool of our rare-breed sheep raised here at the farm.
• Shopping at our gift shop for handcrafted lavender gifts.
• Optional:  Walking our lavender labyrinth.

In the event of inclimate weather, the owners of The Lavender Fields® will agree on an alternate date. NOTE: The Lavender Fields® is a seasonal business and tours are only available in May and June.

Straw-bale seating provided in various locations for your comfort.  Port-0-Let facilities on property.  Bus accessible.

Note:  The Lavender Fields is an outdoor venue.  Terrain is fairly difficult including slopes with dirt and rocky trails. Walkers, wheelchairs, and strollers may not be conducive to the terrain.  Please instruct your group to wear proper sun-protection clothing and closed shoes with good gripper soles such as walking shoes.
